Q: Do you have to visit my home to give a quotation?

A: No, we can give you an instant quote over the phone.

Q: How long will it take to dry?

A: There is a short drying time depending on the cleaning required.

Q: How much notice do you need for bookings?

A: We will give you an instant appointment at a time and day that suits you.

Q: Are you insured in the event my property gets damaged?

A: Yes we have public liability cover.

Q: How often should a carpet be cleaned?

A: On average, a carpet should be cleaned at 6 monthly intervals. However the frequency of cleaning will vary depending upon the number of occupants in the household and level of usage.

Q: Can you remove tea, coffee, red wine etc…

A: We have a higher success rate of removal if we attempt to remove spots before anyone else attacks the problem. Improper stain removal procedures can turn a spot into a permanent stain. We cannot make any guarantee on stain removals as some stains can be permanent.

Q: Can you remove pet odours?

A:The deodoriser in our cleaning solution will deal with most pet odours.

Q: Will hot water extraction (steam cleaning) damage my carpet?

A: No. Hot water extraction is the method preferred by the major carpet manufacturers. It is considered by many to be the best method of removing embedded soil and other contaminants.

Q: Will I have to clear all the furniture out of the room?

A: No. Whilst we appreciate the removal of small objects and breakables, our cleaners are happy to move furniture. Due to Health and Safety regulations the cleaner will attempt to move only furniture that requires no more than one person.
